If the item you purchased is out of stock, your order will be delayed until the item is in stock. You have the option of cancelling the order, selecting an alternative item, or waiting for the item to be stocked.

Your order will be shipped after full payment has been received. In the event that we cannot contact you to inform you that the payment could not be processed, we will cancel your order. We will send you a notification email within 48 hours if there is a problem with your payment.

All products are shipped via UPS GROUND SERVICE or through independent shipping such as Yellow Freight. Smaller items may be shipped via UPS expedited. It can take between 2 and 9 days for your shipment to arrive after the item has been shipped from our warehouse. You also have the option of Next Day Air, 2 Day Air, or 3-Day Express shipping. These options will incur addition charges other than UPS GROUND SERIVCE.

Free Shipping: Certain items such as tables are shipped for free via Yellow Freight delivery. Expedited shipping is not available for these items. This is the basic delivery service available and does not include carrying your delivery into your home. If you need help to carry your purchase into your home, please e-mail info@dirtcheappoker.com in advance of making your purchase. All freight orders must be inspected BEFORE accepting the shipment. If you sign for a shipment without inspecting it thoroughly and it is damaged, Dirt Cheap Poker is not responsible for replacing the product. Signing for a shipment without noting damage on the Bill of Lading is stating that the shipment was free from damage and in perfect condition. ALL Freight deliveries must be inspected, no matter how large the order or product is. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Half-off shipping over $30 (Lower 48 states only): If you order via UPS GROUND SERVICE, all orders over $30.00 will be half off. Thus, if you have an order that costs $30 to ship, we will immediately deduct half of it. You will end up paying only $15.00!

Damaged Delivery: You are responsible for ensuring that your items are delivered in good condition i.e. if you accept the delivery and sign for the item, you are agreeing that the delivery is in acceptable condition. YOU CANNOT CLAIM SHIPPING DAMAGE IF YOU SIGN FOR THE ITEM WITHOUT MAKING NOTE OF THE DAMAGE. If you are concerned that the item is damaged, please make this clear to the delivery company and make a notation on the delivery form that the item(s) may be damaged.

Street addresses are required. No PO Boxes: We use UPS for shipment of orders. UPS does not deliver packages to postal mail boxes. Therefore we CANNOT ship to addresses that are postal mail boxes or APO/FPO. We need an actual street address.

For all returns, please use the following online form to generate a return slip: www.yourshipping.com. A 15% Restocking fee will be charged for all products returned in which an exchange is not requested.

Customized chips of any kind and closeout items cannot be returned. Used products cannot be returned. If you receive defective merchandise, you can only exchange it for a similar product of equal or lesser value.
